A quick way to see what’s actually going on in your life and where you are out of balance. I’ve seen versions of this everywhere, like "Wheel of life”, or “Life assessment:. Early in my corporate career. Later in couples therapy. Different names, same idea.
I keep coming back to it because it works. When things feel off and I can’t explain why, this usually shows me in about five minutes.
Go through each category and do two things:
Don’t overthink it. First instinct is usually right.
